Terms & Conditions

These terms govern use of alkot.tech and registration for ALKOT Tech workshops. “ALKOT,” “we,” and “us” refer to Alkot Tech LLC, a Georgia limited liability company.

Virtual workshop policy: A seat is confirmed only after successful payment and a confirmation email. Executive workshop waitlist requests do not reserve a seat.

Consultation inquiries

A free introductory conversation and needs questionnaire help us understand your request. They do not create a paid engagement or reserve consulting time beyond the booked conversation. Before paid work, ALKOT will confirm deliverables, timing, fees, communication cadence, and any separate software, travel, or development costs in a written proposal or agreement.

Workshop registration

The applicable event page states the date, time, online format, price, included materials, and capacity. Submitting attendee details does not reserve a seat. A registration is confirmed only after successful payment and delivery of a confirmation email. Each ticket is for one attendee unless the event page says otherwise.

Payment, cancellations, and changes

Payments are processed by Stripe. Full refund requests must be received at least 24 hours before the scheduled workshop start. Requests within 24 hours receive credit toward a future Alkot Tech session. If ALKOT cancels a workshop, registered attendees may choose a full refund or credit. A waitlist request or survey response is not a purchase or reservation.

Attendee conduct and participation

Workshops are practical, educational sessions. Attendees must treat other attendees and instructors respectfully and follow reasonable participation and safety instructions. ALKOT may remove someone whose conduct creates a safety, disruption, or harassment concern; any refund treatment will follow the published event policy and applicable law.

AI tools, privacy, and verification

AI outputs can be incorrect, incomplete, or unsuitable for a particular situation. You remain responsible for reviewing and approving any output before using it. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, confidential customer information, private employee information, regulated information, or proprietary information that you are not authorized to share. Workshop examples should be sanitized and de-identified.

Materials and intellectual property

Unless an event page says otherwise, ALKOT grants registered attendees a personal, non-transferable right to use the workshop materials for their own work. You may not reproduce, publish, sell, train a competing program with, or distribute the materials without written permission. Your existing business information remains yours.

Photos and recordings

ALKOT may record virtual workshops for internal facilitator review, quality improvement, and incident documentation. Recordings are not provided to participants, sold, or used in public marketing or training materials without separate written permission. Registration and attendance require advance recording consent; Google Meet also displays a notice when recording begins. Participants may not make their own recording. ALKOT restricts recording access and ordinarily deletes workshop recordings within 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a documented dispute, legal obligation, or security incident.

Disclaimers and liability

Workshops teach general methods and do not promise a particular amount of savings, revenue, automation, accuracy, or business result. To the extent allowed by law, ALKOT is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from site use, workshop participation, or use of AI tools or materials. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

Updates and contact

We may update these terms as the business and event offering are finalized. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date. Questions may be sent to register@alkot.tech.
