Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Alkot Tech LLC, operating as ALKOT Tech, handles information collected through alkot.tech, consultation booking and assessment, workshop registration, and attendee intake.

Information we collect

We may receive contact information you submit through email, booking, registration, or a form, including your name, email address, role, and business/work context. The workshop-updates form stores your email address, signup source, consent record, and submission time. The consultation questionnaire asks about your goal, a generalized recurring task, current AI use, desired help, and preferred follow-up pace. The workshop intake form may also collect your self-described AI experience, goals, tools tried, and voluntary accessibility or learning-accommodation information.

Stripe processes payment information for live registrations. ALKOT does not receive or store full payment-card numbers.

How we use information

We use information to schedule and prepare conversations, assess requested services, recommend a next step, respond to inquiries, process registrations, deliver workshop logistics and materials, tailor examples to attendees’ individual roles, provide requested updates, maintain business records, and protect the site and attendees. We do not sell personal information.

Do not submit sensitive business information

Please do not submit passwords, account credentials, payment-card information, Social Security numbers, private customer or employee data, health information, regulated information, or confidential/proprietary business information through either questionnaire or workshop exercises. Use sanitized examples instead.

Workshop recordings

ALKOT may record virtual workshops after advance notice and participant consent. A recording may contain a participant’s display name, voice, video, screen share, chat, and contributions. Recordings are used only for restricted internal facilitator review, quality improvement, and incident documentation. They are not provided to participants, sold, or used publicly without separate written permission. Access is limited to authorized ALKOT personnel. Recordings are ordinarily deleted within 90 days unless a longer period is reasonably needed for a documented dispute, legal obligation, or security incident.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate the site and program, including Vercel for website hosting, Supabase for workshop registration and interest records, Stripe for payments, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Forms and Google Drive for questionnaires and workshop materials, and email providers for communication. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices and only as needed to provide their services.

Retention and access

We retain consultation inquiries, questionnaire responses, registration details, and workshop information only for as long as reasonably necessary for requested follow-up, service or event delivery, business records, dispute handling, and legal/tax obligations. Access is limited to people who need it to operate ALKOT. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online system is completely secure.

Marketing choices

Transactional messages about a registration, payment, or workshop are necessary to deliver the program. Marketing messages will include a way to opt out where required. You may also ask us to update or delete information, subject to legitimate recordkeeping obligations.

To ask about your information, request correction or deletion, or ask a privacy question, email register@alkot.tech. We may need to verify your identity before acting on a request.

We may revise this policy as our services, registrations, or legal business details change. The effective date above shows the latest version.
